Short version. bizdom.biz sets no cookies and no localStorage entries until you interact with our cookie consent banner. If you accept the Functional category, we load our self-hosted Chatwoot live chat widget, which sets one functional cookie. Otherwise, Chatwoot is not loaded at all. We do not use analytics, marketing, or advertising cookies under any circumstances.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use the site. Browser localStorage falls within the scope of the ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3) in the same way as cookies, so we list both on this page.
Before you interact with the cookie consent banner, bizdom.biz sets no cookies and no localStorage entries. The banner itself writes a single localStorage entry to remember your choice:

If you decline functional cookies (either via "Decline All" on the banner or by leaving the Functional category unchecked in "Manage Preferences"), Chatwoot is not loaded at all and cw_conversation is not set. You can still email [protected email] directly.
Chatwoot is operated by Junovy itself and self-hosted at ask.junovy.com. No conversation data leaves Junovy infrastructure, and Chatwoot is loaded only after you affirmatively accept. There are no other third-party services that set cookies on bizdom.biz.
We do not embed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Segment, Mixpanel, or any other analytics, marketing, or advertising platform. We do not embed YouTube videos, Twitter cards, or any other third-party widget that sets cookies.
When you first visit bizdom.biz, a cookie banner appears at the bottom of the page with three buttons: Decline All, Manage Preferences, and Accept All. Clicking "Manage Preferences" opens a dialog where you can toggle individual categories.
Your choice is stored in localStorage under the key bizdom_cookie_consent. To change your choice later, clear your browser storage for bizdom.biz and reload the page — the banner will reappear.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Since we do not track visitors across websites and only load Chatwoot after affirmative consent, we honour DNT in spirit by default.
We may update this Cookie Declaration when we add new services or change our cookie usage. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
